Brownfield Redevelopment Authority  (3-year term)

Appointed by Mayor with Council approval, Pursuant to Act No. 381, PA of 1996 an by resolution approved and adopted by the Council on March 10, 1997.

Purpose: To encourage the removal of contamination and the redevelopment of formerly contaminated properties for beneficial uses.
