Historic District Commission  (3-year term)

Appointed by City Council, City Code: Sec. 52-580.

Purpose: Review all plans for the construction, addition, alteration, repair, moving, excavation or demolition of structures in the Historic District with the power to act upon such plans before a permit for such activity can be granted.

Meetings: Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room of the Municipal Office Center. The deadline for submitting items for Commission consideration is 30 days in advance of the meeting. For further information, contact the Planning Department at 810-984-9735.
