Ord #1289  Amends Chapter 36, Parks and Recreation, for the purpose of instituting a boat launching fee at the 12th Street and Riverside Drive boat ramps.

Ord #1290  Amends Chapter 12, Article X, Peddlers/Solicitors or Transient Merchants, for the purpose of removing the previous article and inserting a substitute article which more clearly defines the various licenses and their particular regulations.

Ord #1291  Amends Chapter 42, Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places, to allow licensed peddlers/solicitors to place a removable stand in the public right of way under specific conditions.
