Department of Public Works (DPW)

Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports

The Department of Public Works (DPW) has as its major responsibility the physical facilities of the City, including infrastructure elements such as streets, water system, sewage system and public buildings. The department is involved in the construction of new facilities and the operation of existing facilities to deliver services to the citizens and customers of the City of Port Huron.

The DPW is divided into three major operating divisions: Engineering, Streets and Utilities.

The activities are coordinated by an administrative staff directed by the City Engineer / Director of Public Works.
