The Utility Billing Division is the area of the Finance Department which is responsible for the billing of water, sewage disposal and miscellaneous charges determined by the Utility Services Division of the Department of Public Works. This office records all transactions relative to each account, coordinates customer service needs with the Utility Service and assists the City Treasurer in the collection of accounts.
