Mission: To develop, encourage and coordinate relationships between Port Huron Hospital and the community, neighborhoods, residents and youth in the surrounding area.

Goals:

1. Develop and implement a program that will focus on developing the strengths of youth and family in the neighboring community.

2. Identify and utilize the strengths of a defined neighborhood as part of a geographic asset-building pilot.

3. Establish a positive conversation and language that creates a shared goal, focused on building and developing neighborhood assets.
