Construction Board of Appeals  (3-year term)

Appointed by City Council, City Code; Sec. 2-511 through 2-513.

Purpose: To determine the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction and to provide for reasonable interpretations of the provisions of building codes.

Membership: One each of master electrician, mechanical contractor and plumber and two licensed tradesmen (such as an architect, engineer, general contractor).
