The Utility Billing Division is the area of the Finance Department which is responsible for the billing of water, sewage disposal and miscellaneous charges determined by the Utility Services Division of the Department of Public Works. This office records all transactions relative to each account, coordinates customer service needs with the Utility Service and assists the City Treasurer in the collection of accounts.

You can create an account to review your bill and payment history on-line.

You may request paperless billing for your water bill by completing and returning the Authorization form.

Most local banks provide a no-cost method of on-line bill payment.  Payments made that way will normally be credited to your utility account on the 2nd business day.  Consult your bank for details

Payments may be made on-line using a charge-card.  A convenience charge will be applied.

Payments may also be deposited in the drop box located in the north M.O.C. parking lot, or you may pay your bill in person during normal business hours which are 8:00-4:30 (M-F).

Please review the Water and Sewer Rules for questions regarding specific details.
