As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the City of Port Huron has partnered with Official Payments Corp. to offer payment of property taxes over the internet or over the phone and water/utility bills over the internet.
Please note that your payment will be received by the City Treasurer's Office the following business day. Your account will be credited on the date that the payment is received by the City of Port Huron, NOT the date that you have made the payment with Official Payments Corp.
Don't use this service to pay 2017 or prior delinquent real taxes. We will return your payment and you will have wasted the convenience fee. You must pay them directly to the County Treasurer.
Delinquent Personal Property taxes may be paid at any time using this service.
As of March 1, Property Taxes for 2017 are delinquent. All delinquent Real taxes must be paid directly to St. Clair County. For 2017 and prior years real taxes, please contact the St. Clair County Treasurer at 810-989-6915 to arrange payment.

Official Payments Corporation charges a convenience fee to use this service to make the payments outlined above. This fee is separate from the primary obligation you are paying. The City of Port Huron does not add any additional fees and does not receive any part of the Official Payments fee.
