The City Clerk's Office maintains all cemetery records, voter registration records and oversees all local election practices. Special permits for transient merchants, peddlers, etc....are purchased in this office.
The City Clerk is responsible for the documentation and storage of all official records, including City Council proceedings. The City Clerk attends all City Council meetings and maintains the minutes of each, including any public notices or certified resolutions necessary.
